Terms of Service
Effective date: August 3, 2026 · Last updated: August 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing iquocapital.com or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Business funding only
IQUO Capital provides financing for business purposes only. We do not offer consumer loans, personal loans, or any credit intended for personal, family, or household use. By applying, you represent that any funding you seek is for a business you own or are authorized to represent.
3. Applications and offers
Submitting an application is free and creates no obligation on your part or ours. All products are subject to underwriting and approval. Any offer we extend will state its amount, cost, and repayment terms in writing; an offer becomes binding only when you accept it in writing.
4. Credit inquiries
Checking your options uses a soft credit inquiry, which is not visible to other lenders and does not affect your personal credit score. A hard credit inquiry occurs only if you accept an offer that requires one, and we will tell you before it happens.
5. Accuracy of information
You agree that the information you provide — including revenue figures, time in business, and contact details — is accurate and current. Offers are based on the information you provide, and material inaccuracies may void an offer.
6. Intellectual property
The IQUO Capital name, logo, and all content on this site are owned by IQUO Capital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers
Content on this site is general information about our products, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Timeframes described as “as little as” reflect typical fastest outcomes and are not guaranteed. Consult your own advisors before making financing decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQUO Capital’s total liability arising from your use of this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to the terms of any funding agreement you sign, which are governed by that agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date before they take effect. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
