IQUO Capital (“IQUO,” “we,” “us”) provides business-purpose financing to small businesses in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through iquocapital.com and our application process, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly, all of it in service of evaluating and funding your business:

• Business information: legal business name, industry, time in business, and revenue figures you report.
• Contact information: your name, business email address, and any phone number you choose to share.
• Application details: the funding amount, purpose, and timeline you select.

We do not use advertising trackers on our site, and we do not collect information unrelated to evaluating your business for funding.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to evaluate your application (underwriting), to communicate with you about your options and your account, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to maintain the security of our services. Checking your options uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your personal credit score.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as credit bureaus for soft inquiries, and secure infrastructure providers), with funding partners when needed to complete your financing, and where required by law or legal process.

5. Data retention and security

We retain application and account information only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by applicable law. We protect it with industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@iquocapital.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Business purpose only

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at consumers seeking personal credit or at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and post the revised version on this page before it takes effect.
